As a U.S Marine and Law Enforcement Professional, a protective vision became the prime focus after working for over twenty-five years in the intelligence and protection industry. Nelson's academic background in Homeland Security and Emergency Management has allowed him to understand other risks not traditionally conventional to executive protection yet instrumental to mission success. 360 Protective Solutions was realized in 2021 as a capstone of lessons learned from both real-world applications and academic experience. In addition, Nelson serves as a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS International) for the New York City Chapter. Nelson's background has earned several designations including Situation Awareness Specialist-Advanced Practitioner (SAS-AP) & Instructor by the Arcuri Group. The International Association of Personal Protection Agents (IAPPA) has recognized Nelson as a Board Certified Close Protection Agent (CCPA). He is a graduate of the Executive Protection Institute and is Board Certified as a Personal Protection Specialist (PPS). Nelson is a certified Active Shooter Survival A.L.I.V.E Instructor. Chief Operations Officer & Director of Cyber Security
As an Information Security and Risk professional with over 10 year of experience, working within both private and public sectors in various roles within technology, to include the Department of Homeland Security, American Express, and Citibank. Stephen has served for 4 years as an Active-Duty U.S. Marine infantryman with additional training in Visit Board Search and Seizure (VBSS) and Combat Hunter. This special training allows for a unique perspective and understanding for the needs and demands within the intelligence and protection sector. Operating in globally sensitive locations such as Jordan and Afghanistan has added to Stephen's already proven skill set in situational awareness and behavior-patterning analysis. His education background consists of a Master of Science in Cyber Security from the Fordham University Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Networking and Communication Management from DeVry University. Fluent in English and Spanish. Stephen served as the Chief Information Security Officer and Cyber Security Director for 360 Protective Solutions. Michael is an active first-responder for fire services and has the experience in accessing safety protocols for buildings, other infrastructures while implementing proper emergency procedure. Michael is a U.S Marine veteran with dynamic experiences in personal and route safety for high-risk individuals abroad. Some of the responsibilities included but are not limited to: route planning, detecting, deterring while maintaining proactive to threats with the correct level of action. Attained cultural empathy and built relationships from training and operating with foreign military groups. Michael is certified in Self-Defense, Non-Lethal Tactics, Tactical Casualty and Care, Surveillance Detection, and Combat Hunter Program (Situational Awareness). Performed missions in various areas of the Middle East to include, Jordan, Pakistan, & Afghanistan. Operating in the Middle-Eastern region, Michael has acquired the proven experience in situational awareness and the ability to operate in unconventional austere environments. Michael has a Master of Science in Accounting and a B.S in Business Marketing from St. John's University. After spending nearly 20 years climbing the security corporate ladder, Anthony J. Rumore noticed a heightened need for strategic company growth within the security industry. Anthony’s professional experience intertwined with his military background offers an authentic and no-nonsense approach to security digital marketing. Anthony has a unique understanding of all facets of the private security industry. He has held various roles within the industry including Executive Vice President as well as business development, sales, and marketing. He served in the U.S Military for seventeen years. As a member of the Military Police, he served in Bosnia and Iraq, and was also a first responder in New York at 9-11. He also managed personal security detail for high-ranking officials, and he directed the Arizona Joint Security Operations Center. With 20+ years in the security industry, his custom digital marketing services provide security companies with innovative methods to secure new clients. With advanced experience and insight into the daily pain points and challenges that security companies face, Anthony understood companies and attracted inbound leads while increasing online recognition.
