Credentialed, and inside
Access is the first test of any event operation. Being good is not enough — you have to be trusted to be in the building. Our personnel worked the tournament credentialed and on-site, moving through the venue, the concourses and the surrounding logistics footprint the way only an accredited team can.
That footprint is the part outsiders underestimate. The stadium bowl is one problem. The corridors, the lounges, the arrival points and the movement between them are another — and that is where protective work is really done.
One picture, many eyes
Behind the personnel on the ground sat a live coordination desk. Maps, routes and camera feeds on the same screen, run by our own team — the same principle we described in our first piece: distributed people, one operating picture. When something moves, everyone watching the board sees it at once.
It is the difference between a group of guards with radios and an actual operation. On an event of this scale, in a city like this, that difference is everything.
